ABOUT THE OWNER

BOXX Systems is locally owned and operated by Steven Wright. Steven is a Suffolk native who loves his roots and has not ventured too far away from where he grew up. He is a family man who has been married for over 20 years to his wife, Amy. He has two beautiful daughters, Madison and Payton. He’s a country boy at heart. You can always catch him around his house riding in his tracker or working on boats, cars, or motorcycles. He spends a lot of time teaching his kids and their friends all about motors and how to work on ATVs and cars. He loves spending time with his family and his favorite place to be is at his home in Suffolk, Virginia. Steven has always been a hardworking man and was born to be an entrepreneur. Steven started a lawn care service with his dad when he was in middle school. Not long after that, he bought a pressure washer and started a business pressure washing for commercial and residential customers, including houses, buildings, walkways, and fleets of trucks. Having a keen eye for customers’ needs after landing a contract pressure washing newly constructed homes, he started a lot cleanup business. He bought a dump trailer and a Bobcat and was hired to clean up left over debris from contractors on construction sites. Eventually the foreman of construction companies started holding the subcontractors accountable for the debris left onsite, which threatened to close the door for Steven’s business; however, as you know where one door closes another door opens. That is when Steven started a disposal services business, and he we are 20 years later. When you ask friends and acquaintances about Steven, you will always hear, “He is a family man who loves his wife and kids. He’s the hardest working man I know, who would do anything for anyone and would give you the shirt off his back. He’s a man true to his word. He might keep to himself a lot, but everyone knows he is always ready to lend a helping hand to anyone in need.”
